Returns & Refunds
1. General Information
All products are manufactured or prepared after an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
After your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging
4. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Returns are also not accepted if the product has been damaged due to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Misuse
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us and provide:
- Your name and order number
- Reason for return (especially for defective or incorrect items)
- Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email
- If approved, your refund will be processed
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
7. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Is lost during delivery
- Does not match your order
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
If the package was damaged during delivery, please also file a claim with the delivery company.
9. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if delivery has not occurred within a reasonable time.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund if necessary.
10. Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed shipments are not considered returns.
If an order is returned to us due to failure to collect it:
- The order will not be automatically refunded
- We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the order
