Web Store
REVCOM (Identification number VAT FI26016473) sells products to private individuals above legal age and to companies [in Finland and the EU]. All product prices include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to product or delivery prices.
Placing an Order
Products can be ordered from the online store home page by placing them into the shopping cart and paying for them at check out. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information requested in connection with an order will not be used for purposes other than the delivery of the ordered products or in solving issues that come up related to an order, unless otherwise mentioned. When you order from the web store you are expected to have read and accepted the current terms of delivery.

Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. In order to receive an email confirmation from us, you must provide your email address when submitting your order.
Delivery Methods and Cost
Delivery costs for your order can be found on the page where you select your delivery and payment methods. [We deliver our products using delivery company (e.g. postal parcels) that can be tracked via a tracking number.]
Delivery Time
Typical delivery times are 7-15 business days, depending on the order and delivery method.
We do not answer for any delays due to to insurmountable obstacles or intermittent issues cause by such delays. Changes to delivery times are posted on the front page of our website.
Returns and Exchanges
All products are produced after we receive the order.
Customers have the right to return defective products, or return products when the delivery was incorrect.
Customers have 30 days to exchange or return products. The product must be returned by mail within 14 days of notifying us of the issue. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
The right to exchange or return products does not apply to products damaged due to normal wear and tear,
improper installation or improper use.
The right to exchange or return products does not apply to products customized at the request of the
customer nor for orders made incorrectly.
We kindly ask you to provide the following information in your message:
The reason for return (in case of damaged or incorrect products)
The customer’s identification information (name/ order number)
If the customer wishes to refund the product or to receive a new equivalent product in place of the
defective or incorrect product (we will cover the possible difference).
We will return your payment in full within 14 days of receiving the returned product, if the product has
been returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track able
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we
will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel the order if the delivery has not taken place within reasonable time. The cancellation must be submitted to info@autopanzerds.com. We will typically inform our customers via e-mail or phone if the delivery time is expected to differ from the normal time. Revcom also retains the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer’s account.
Unclaimed Packages
An unclaimed delivery is not a return or cancellation. The customer must inform us of returns beforehand. If the product is returned back to us by Posti/Matkahuolto/delivery company due to the customer not picking up the product, we will charge the price of the product to the customer.
Complaints
All complaints regarding the order or delivery must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the order at info@autopanzerds.com.
Problems with Order
If the product has been lost or damaged during delivery or the received product differs from the order, you are to notify us in writing within 14 days. If the package has been damaged during delivery by Posti (or other delivery company), the customer must immediately submit a claim to Posti (delivery company)
